Y	Yolanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desconozco su sistema, pero los ejecutivos tardan demasiado en atender a las personas, con una persona pueden durar hasta tres horas y si el cliente tiene que llamar a centro de atención lejos de atender alguien más se la pasan en su celular (según a escondidas) o se quedan viendo el infinito.. ah y si terminan con la persona que estaban se les ocurre desayunar, ir al baño o simplemente platicar con sus compañeros para que al final cuando por fin te atienden no te resuelven nada.....em fin el punto es ...pesima atención .....!!! I do not know their system, but executives take too long to attend to people, with one person it can last up to three hours and if the client has to call a call center away from attending someone else they spend it on their cell phone (according to secretly) Or they stay looking at infinity .. oh and if they end up with the person they were with, they think of having breakfast, going to the bathroom or simply talking with their colleagues so that in the end when they finally take care of you they don't solve anything ..... em end the point is ... terrible attention ..... !!!

Quizás estén dilucidando sobre teoría de cuerdas y física cuántica porque para la atención de una persona es excesivo. I have more than an hour waiting for the only executive there to attend me. Total abrí mi cuenta de Ágil en línea y cuando fui por mi tarjeta tampoco me atendió , dijo que ya no alcanzaba que el sistema estaba fallando y pues otra vez me regresé. Van dos vueltas que me hace dar...pesimo servicio Poor service from the manager, I didn't want to open the Agile account, I don't know why he denied it and you wanted to open another one if they charge for account management. J	Janeth Patiño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención de la gerente, es una grosera, apenas iba entrando a la sucursal con mi niño y desde su oficina me grito frente a todos que no podia entrar, que el niño debería esperar afuera solo, había bastante gente y solo 1 caja abierta. Falta de tacto, falta de personal. Pesima atención. La cajera Karina de ojos claros atiende de malas, en mi caso llevaba varios formatos de pago y se molesto, me arrebataba las hojas por la ventanilla y me hablaba y contestaba de mala manera. En esta sucursal son de lo peor, mal servicio y mala atención al cliente.
