★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio parece que tienen a puro primate como ejecutivos atendiendo.
Nunca quieren dar informes y lo malo es que los clientes deben ir a otras sucursales para ser atendidos de mejor forma.
Espero mejoren la atención al cliente pues es muy deficiente.
Yo les recomiendo mejor acudan a otras sucursales, aqui es pura perdida de tiempo y ni siquiera reportandolos quitan a este personal tan chafa
Nefarious the service seems to have a pure primate as executives serving.
They never want to give reports and the bad thing is that customers must go to other branches to be served better.
I hope they improve customer service as it is very poor.
I recommend you better go to other branches, here it is a pure waste of time and not even reporting them take away these flawless staff

El dia de ayer asisti a cambiar un cheque, me tarde alrededor de 2horas ya que solo habia una ventanilla, al pasar a la ventanilla la cajera meda solo billetes de denominacion de $200 y $100 la verdad por lo tarde que era solo lo guarde y me sali corriendo, llegando a casa llego y cuento y me faltaban $400 para muchos no es nada esa cantidad pero para muchos como yo es el sustento de una semana...
regrese inmediatamente y solo me dieron la solucion que la caja cuadro y que hoy asistiera a realizar una aclaracion... Que feo que la cajera lucre con ese trabajo sin importar que la gente se quede sin comer por ella llevarse un peso mas a la bolsa ... cambien de sucurlsal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que me pasa que me encaretan un seguro poniéndome de pretexto que es parte de la tarjeta de débito, la atención es muy buena pero como le hacen para comprar seguros me hizo pensar que el trato fue así para aceptar su seguro, debes de ser muy duro para que no te den el seguro, cuando tu les dices que no ellos se aferran a que lo adquieras, hasta mi INE se la quedaron por el tiempo en el que uno debe de estar dialogando para no comprar el seguro, la atención está super bien pero esperemos que no le hagan con hipocresía, no se pongan a discutía mas con ellos si no quieren el seguro, aceptenlo y después lo cancelan en llamada telefónica

No hay nadie que te atienda, te apuntas en una lista y hasta que alguien se digna a leerlo te llaman, si te atienden y faltan 15 minutos para su hora de salida, se atreven a decirte: uy! Es que ya vamos a salir y su trámite tarda media hora...
APPALLING!!!
They leave you waiting for hours!!!
