★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada trámite es tardado. Mucha burocracia, empleados parecen robots. Vine a solicitar reposición de plástico y tomaron 2 horas entre mi llegada, hacer el trámite y mi salida.
Every procedure is slow. A lot of bureaucracy, employees look like robots. I came to request plastic replacement and they took 2 hours between my arrival, doing the paperwork and my departure.
