J	Julio Serratos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si es mi mala suerte o en realidad es el mal servicio del banco, pero siempre que voy, el servicio es pésimo, por lo menos de parte de los asesores, nunca hay nadie quién te atienda, te dejan esperando y nadie te dice nada, tienes que cazarlos para ver si se digan a atenderte, muy mal ahí. La atención en caja es fluida. C	Carmen Ulloa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y no se diga sus cajeros el 15 de diciembre acudí al cajero y no me dio el efectivo solicitado solamente decía "véalo con su banco"....es obvio que no me los regresan es un robo y nadie te puede atender ahí....otra forma de robar , seguro el que hace el corte de cajero no avisa que estan de más todas esas disposiciones de efectivo que no arrojó, impotencia muy malo. Alguien que me diga dónde reclamar lo que el cajero te robó? Aclaraciones sobre cargos no reconocidos siempre se ha resuelto a mi favor. Muy buen banco. Acudo a sucursal y casual nunca pueden ayudarme con nada.. Pésimo servicio y no doy menos estrellas porque no se puede!! ??? Adicional a esto, para la atención con ejecutivo no se respeta a quien vaya llegando primero, sino que van pasando a criterio o según se acerquen. A lo gandalla, vaya. No hay nadie que te asista al entrar tampoco, por lo que si no sabes a qué área acudir, estás a tu suerte. The organization of the place cannot be described, because there is none. Al día siguiente fuimos para arreglar eso y nos dieron que sí estaba el sobrante, se hizo el papeleo correspondiente y nos dijeron que llamaramos a finales de mes (febrero, 2022). Acabamos de llamar y que según sí se reflejó el pago ???. Solo queda hablar con la Normal para ver sí eso es cierto... Sigo actualizando When the ATMs don't work they don't notify you.
