★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es extremadamente lento. No resuelven los problemas y tampoco parece importarles la captación de clientes. Aperturé una cuenta y tres meses después no ha llegado el plástico. Una eternidad para cancelarla... Muy mal servicio, recomendable buscar otras opciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio es muy lento. 2 personas de atención al cliente 4 cajas no se dan abasto (especialmente si solo hay un cajero. Igual que el Oxxo) Sugiero venir muy temprano.
El lugar y servicio es muy "old school". Solo hay 4 asientos para esperar ser atendido y apuntan tu nombre en una libretita para ser llamado y atendido.
Service is very slow. 2 customer service people 4 boxes cannot cope (especially if there is only one cashier. Same as the Oxxo) I suggest coming very early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo 2 cajeros atendiendo en día de quincena???? Sabiendo que tienen fila fuera del centro comercial, fila fuera del banco y fila dentro del propio banco y no agilizan una caja más.... Y no colocan una máquina para depósitos, cuándo entra la modernidad en este banco?

Es la Cuarta vez que tengo que venir por el mismo trámite que no han podido hacer... con todo y que es sencillo pues solo es que me den entrada a una solicitud de anticipo de hipoteca....
