★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi última experiencia fue malísima llevé a servicio la bici y quedó mal ajustada fue evidente que no revisaron el tema de la cadena que les señale y mi intension era hacer una modificación de transmisión lo cual considero era una buena venta por que no iba a escatimar en la mejora pero la respuesta del mecánico a toda consulta fue “Depende..” Dependejo regreso!!! Vayan Bike Clinic ellos me corregirán el pésimo servicio que me hicieron y me asesoraron mejor en lo que necesita mi bike... si hubiera la opción no le pondría ni una estrella
My last experience was very bad, I took the bike to service and it was poorly adjusted, it was evident that they did not review the issue of the chain that I pointed out and my intention was to make a transmission modification which I consider was a good sale because I was not going to skimp on the improvement but the mechanic's answer to all questions was "It depends ..." Go Bike Clinic they will correct the terrible service they gave me and give me better advice on what my bike needs ... if there was the option I would not give it a single star

El servicio mayor no incluye los frenos, tienes que pagar aparte. El servicio menor no incluye ajuste de cambios, tienes que pagar aparte. Eso si mencionar que cobran "costo de almacenaje".
Siendo uno de los distribuidores de bicis de mas antigüedad en Qro es evidente que no conocen a su competencia.
Payment scheme designed to get every peso out of you
The major service does not include the brakes, you have to pay separately. The minor service does not include adjustment of changes, you have to pay separately. That is if mentioning that they charge "storage cost".
Being one of the oldest bike dealers in Qro it is evident that they do not know their competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo me siento muy bien. Eh llevado 2-3 veces mi bicicleta a mantenimiento y muy bien, siempre me a tocado que sean amables y la bicicleta queda muy bien y la entregan limpia. Los precios en productos, me parece bien, pues son de marca y no son baratos. Por cierto, siempre me dan mi nota en cada compra y mantenimiento, por cualquier tema de garantía, el cual no e ocupado.
I feel very well. I have taken my bike 2-3 times to maintenance and very well, I have always had to be friendly and the bike is very good and delivered clean. The prices on products, it seems good, because they are branded and not cheap. By the way, they always give me my note on every purchase and maintenance, for any warranty issue, which is not busy.
