★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos atendió la señorita Ana la cual la primera vez nos dió mal los datos de una habitación. Nos volvio a cotizar otra habitación por la que pagamos más y por la que según investigo y resulto que cuando llegamos tampoco era lo que nos había dicho que iba a ser. Le escribí un correo el cual no contestó y no le importó habernos dicho mal lo que habíamos pagado. Nadie se hace responsable en esa agencia de viajes, ni les importa hacerte mal tu viaje. Es una lástima pero tengan mucho cuidado para que a nadie más le pase que terminen pasando mal sus vacaciones para las que ahorraron. Tengan cuidado.
Miss Ana took care of us and the first time she gave us the data of a room badly. I returned us to quote another room we paid more and which according investigated and found that when we arrived it was not what they had told us it would be. I wrote him an email which he did not answer and he did not care if he told us what we paid for wrong. No one is responsible in that travel agency, nor do they care about making your trip wrong. It's a shame but be very careful so that no one else happens to end up having a bad holiday for those who saved. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero recomendar ampliamente Viajes Scuba la atención de la Señorita Cristina fue excelente. Me ayudó a conseguir un vuelo a República Dominicana estando yo en cdmx. Ya salgo ahora del país gracias a ella que me apoyo. Todavía me aclaró dudas días posteriores. Ahí comprare mis vuelos posteriormente. Bendiciones y feliz 2021.
I want to highly recommend Viajes Scuba, Ms. Cristina's attention was excellent. He helped me get a flight to the Dominican Republic while I was in Mexico City. I am now leaving the country thanks to her who supported me. He still clarified my doubts days later. There I will buy my flights later. Blessings and happy 2021.
