Excelente. Somos busos con mi mujer. hicimos 2 escurciones, una sobre la playa y otra en cosumel. muy buena atención y predisposición.

Service excellent, des gens compétents, des équipements de location de bonne qualité. Une superbe journée de plongée.

compramos el paquete de snorkel en el local que tienen en Riu Playacar. la vendedora, muy "amable" nos informo el horario de reunion, el de salida, al arrecife indicado, el tiempo de navegacion y el tiempo de snorkel. obviamente nosotros tres muy entusiasmados por lo lindo del mar de la riviera. al llegar al punto de embarque que esta en otro hotel ( no recuerdo el nombre) se nos da para firmar el consentimiento correspondiente y....nos informan que el snorkel es con CHALECO SALVAVIDAS! fuimos al " arrecife" que era una roca rodeada de arena ,nada mas. el guia llevando en su mano derecha medio pescado desmembrado para que se acerquen los escazos peces que habia. el equipo de snorkel una verdadera estafa patas de rana de pesima calidad y para practicar natacion, mascara incomoda y snorkel corto (todos) que oblogaba a poner la boca de costado para poder utilizarlo mi queja: 1) es muy raro que una empresa que se defique a buceo den snorkel con chalecos salvavidas. en caso que sea asi que lo informen cuando el cliente va a comprar la excursion y de esa manera determina si lo compra o no. 2) que ese mar tan maravilloso que tienen , no pueden ubicar un arrecife de verdad para practicar el snorkel ? no puedo creer que no haya otro lugar!! 3) los equipos una verdadera verguenza para ser un operador de buceo. por todo lo anterior NO LES RECOMIENDO A NADIE que hagan snorkel con esta empresa en playacar. si les sugieron que realicen esta practica en XEL HA que les va a salir lo mismo, pasaran un dia impresionante y la caleta ES POR LEJOS mucho mejor que la roca que llevan esta gente. y, ademas, una gran variedad de vida subacuatica con equipo de snorkel , y tambien es con chaleco salvavidas ( mas entendible porque el lugar es un ecoparque natural donde van de todas las edades) mucho mejor. ah!! a parte tendran bebidas y comida libre. ojala scubacaribe cambien, mejoren y no le escondan al cliente la informacion. si de verdad ama el buceo o scuba la empresa debe mejorarlo. el buceo es respeto, seguridad, belleza y superacion . confio que lo haran. saludos y....viva mexico!!!!

We booked a cenote scuba, zip wire and turtle sea scuba experience with Jeovani. We got a very good deal, a professional service from Jeovani at the resort and an amazing experience with the tour guide. I would highly recommend Scubacaribe.

While on vacation here, we took the "freebie" introduction to SCUBA that they offer to you in the pool. Once we finished that, we went right over and paid the money to take the course and the open water dive the next day. It was amazing. Our instructors, Allen and Martine were very laid back and explained stuff so that anyone could understand it. The pool portion the next day was a little more in depth and the 4 of us all passed that. Unfortunately, once we got into the open water, 2 of our party could not descend and went back to the boat while one other of our party and myself continued the dive. It was pretty awesome. I had never done anything like this but it was always on my bucket list. I did have one "freak out" moment but it was my own doing. As I was descending down the rope, I am focusing very hard on breathing through my mouth and focusing inward on keeping my wits about me. I all of a sudden realized that I was not descending any further and for a split second, I panicked. Then I realized that I was standing on the ocean floor. I laughed at myself for that one. Since we had two dive masters and there were only 2 of us that made it down that far, we just buddied up. The training and the communication we received from Allen and Martine was enough to make us feel quite comfortable and the entire dive, which lasted about 40 minutes, seemed to just fly by. I am hooked and ready to book another dive, or three, when we return. If we end up traveling to somewhere else, I will surely choose Scuba Caribe if it is an option. I have just 2 more dives and 2 more hours of classroom before I can be certified. I owe it all to Martine and Allen as they made the first dive such a pleasant experience, I am hooked for life now! There was one downside though, the couldn't figure out how to allow me to dive with my cowboy hat on... I guess I can't expect everything now can I? If you dive with them, tell them the Cowboy from Houston said "Howdy" would ya? God Bless and y'all have a great time! I know we sure did!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They totally lied to us in order to get us to book. Their representative Joseph came to talk to us every day until we booked telling to us about how care free he could make our trip given that we had several children (including a 3 month old and im pregnant) but he even joked about taking his sister along to baby sit. Then It all ended up being a lie. The kids were not able to snorkel like he told us they would. You would have to be willing or able to Swim 200 meters out to sea in order to snorkel so we had to skip that activity then they took us to what was supposed to be a beautiful beach and it was full of people and we had to walk 15 minutes in order to get to another place on the beach where we had to pay to rent a more private place. And then took us to an awful restaurant where the food was cold (one that had the icebar ) there were almost no options and the water smelt like fish. We couldn't believe they would take tourists to a place like that! This review would be way too long if I actually said all the things that happened to us and the one in charge would just tell us he didn't know that all of this was going to happen. I went to go speak to the one in charge named Omar Espinosa and he told me they would call me. I gave him 3 phone numbers and an email and I have yet to hear from them! I will update if I ever do hear from them. Terrible experience!

Great experience with ScubaCaribe. Got all the right info before booking. When I got to Playacar they had everything lined up. Did Cenotes, amazing! but weather was bad and Ocean rough. However they worked around it & found solutions! and refunded right away what couldnt be used. BTW I am a Pro-diver! Will use them again.
