Muy malo, excursiones de un nivel muy bajo.

No lo recomiendo para nada. Estuvimos puntuales para un tour para Isla Mujeres y no nos apuntaron en la lista de personas que viajaban en la Van. Nos enviaron en un taxi que nos llevo tarde y perdimos medio día en viajes y esperas sin sentido.

Huir lo mas lejos que podáis insensatos!me vendieron la moto con la excursión del tiburón ballena, después de dos horas corriendo y dando tumbos mi chica se mareó y no se podía ni mover del bote (340€ el paseo en bote roñoso)

Después de estar esperando más de 40minuto en hotel a que llegara el autobús luego tardamos en llegar más de 4 horas es de coña quedamos a las 6:50 mañana para ir a xcaner y llegamos a las 11:00 mañana me parece vergonzoso luego te intentan vender cremas y anti Mosquitos x que dicen que no te dejan meterlos el parque está echo para sacar dinero. Bueno a lo que iba que después en 1:20 estamos en el hotel no recomiendo esta empresa para nada ??

No se os ocurra contratar aquí , fuí con mi pareja y yo me puse a morir en la excursión al tiburón ballena no vi nada ni comí ni nada y les dio igual casi 400€, muy amables para vender y que les des propina. Impuntuales, te llevan a carreras ,experiencia nefasta cuando podía haber sido de las mejores de mi vida !

Would you trust someone that sends the car to pick you up in the wrong hotel even after you verbally express and wrote it in multiple forms where you are staying to be your diving guide??? Well, if leaving us behind wasn't enough they didn't do anything to compensate the fact that we had to wake up 6am in the morning and wasted at least 2hrs of our vacation waiting for a car that never arrived. And if you think it's alright because you will get you money back, you are right, but not without a two weeks wait time. Yes, this is real bad, I'm not used to give bad reviews not even to mediocre places but this one won it. CONCLUSION: if you are considering using this company to whatever they offer, make sure they don't forget you and if your activity involve any safety concerns think twice.

Jesús did a great job finding the perfect snorkeling expedition for our family of 5. When they didn’t have room on the tour we wanted they found a boat, captain and guide to take us on our own private tour of the reefs around Cancún (thanks to Rudi, too, for working out the details)! Transportation to/from our hotel - Rui Dunamar - was included. They took great care of us AND we saw amazing underwater life-thanks to Antonio, our snorkeling guide and Brian, el capitán. A great Christmas Eve snorkeling tour! Antonio even grabbed GoPro pics and videos and sent them to us. Thanks guys!! Feliz Navidad!!

The service I booked was called Isla Mujeres VIP. I booked this at a pool inside my resort hotel called, Riu Palace Costa Mujeres. I was told the cost did not include a USD$23 docking fee per person that needed to be paid in cash. My first issue is with the docking fee. When I tried to look up what the docking fee was, all other places said it was closer to USD$13 per person. No where could I find the docking fee being as high as USD$23 and needing to be paid in cash. Even on ScubaCaribe website, it says that the docking fee, not included, is USD$12. Second, I booked this "VIP" experience with ScubaCaribe, yet when I got to the dock, everything else said "Cruise Cancun". I tried to ask around if this was Isla Mujeres VIP Scuba Caribe, yet was nodded away and ignored. I would like someone to answer me how I could book something with one company and then end up with another without anyone telling me. Lastly, when we actually got on the boat, the experienced was far away from what was promised. The services I was promised was: 1) Premium international open bar, 2) snorkeling at two locations including a sunken ship, 3) access to a beach club on Isla Mujeres, 4) a large sail boat, 5) professional guide. The services I received was none of those things. There was no international open bar (it was just the bottom tier local liquor), snorkeling was only at one location (a very large group and very rushed time in the water, we only spent about 15 minutes in the water and got yelled at the entire time to stay super close to the group. It was not enjoyable since anywhere we could swim, there would be a flipper to the face), no beach club access at Isla Mujeres (our host only told us about the buffet area and then disappeared), the boat was the same catamaran used for the cheaper priced trips, and lastly, the guide was not helpful at any point during the trip giving advice about travel on the Island or information about water. I don't understand anything that was "VIP" about the experience that was sold to me. I understand marketing something as "platinum", and falling short of expectations. Yet, when I booked the service, I was promised specific things to pay the "VIP" price, yet when I asked around no one else on the boat had heard of VIP. Not only do I feel incredibly ripped off, the experience itself falls short from anything I'd expect from a "snorkeling" experience.
