★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscando un regulador, me orientaron y me ayudaron a encontrar el mejor para lo que queria. Es la unica tienda donde me informaron y a pesar de que en ese momento no lo tenían lo pidieron y me lo mandaron en seguida.
I went looking for a regulator, they guided me and helped me find the best one for what I wanted. It is the only store where they informed me and despite the fact that at that time they did not have it, they asked for it and they sent it to me right away.

De echo la persona que me atendio ni siquiera sabia de lo que estaba hablando, no sabia modelos ni marcas y siempre se refirio a hablar al proveedor!!!!
Lastima de personal siempre es lo mismo en veracruz, pesima atencion y servicio
I went to ask for a quote on a diving equipment and they never sent me the quote !!!!
In fact, the person who attended me did not even know what he was talking about, he did not know models or brands and always referred to talking to the supplier !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta tienda de buceo. Los instructores no siguen los protocolos de seguridad establecidos por Padi. Es por eso que es Muy peligroso el buceo de noche con esta empresa.
El equipo de buceo en mal estado. La escafandra autónoma tenia fugas.
I do not recommend this dive shop. The instructors do not follow the safety protocols established by Padi. That is why night diving with this company is very dangerous.
Scuba gear in bad shape. The scuba was leaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta operación de buceo es excelente. El entrenamiento que dan es minucioso. Su equipo de alquiler está en buen estado. Los divemasters son conocedores y concienzudos. Los capitanes de los barcos son diligentes y atentos. Los miembros del personal en la tienda son corteses y eficientes. Están configurados para llevar su equipo al bote, configurar sus tanques, empacar su equipo, llevarlo de vuelta a la tienda y enjuagarlo para usarlo al día siguiente. Somos buceadores mayores y son muy serviciales y pacientes. No podemos recomendar esta operación lo suficiente.
This dive operation is excellent. The training they give is thorough. Your rental equipment is in good condition. Divemasters are knowledgeable and conscientious. The captains of the ships are diligent and attentive. The staff members in the store are courteous and efficient. They are set up to take your equipment to the boat, set up your tanks, pack your equipment, take it back to the store and rinse it for use the next day. We are older divers and they are very helpful and patient. We cannot recommend this operation enough.
