★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was by far the best place to dine and see an amazing sunset. Ana really liked it here. Prices are very affordable and they do accept credit cards which is not too common in small towns in Mexico. Literally on the beach as you can see from the pics I took. Very cool and quaint little place.

Probably the nicest of the restaurants on the beach in Barra. The rollo de mar is just ok, with the fish usually dry and the sauce not having much almond flavor. The shrimp in half a pineapple is probably the best dish. Margaritas are good and service is excellent. They usually have good music at night.

When we entered the restaurant I was confused - I thought we were entering a classy tropical ocean side wedding reception BUT it was just the regular dinner service - wow! The sight was breath taking. We also got to enjoy the sun set from our seats while enjoying a very nice meal. Even though our server did not speak to us in English he was a great host- we could manage just fine with our broken beginner Spanish! What lovely service. Everyone working there was so happy to see us and thanked us for coming. Great first night introduction to this wonderful town.
