Excelente lugar, la casa de maravilla, con todas las comodidades, la ubicación excelente, el.anfitrion Fana de lo.mas amable y siempre en contacto. Las más estrictas medidas de higiene y la cas extremadamente limpia. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Secluded among the trees, this a beautiful and peaceful place to be. The beach is less than 5 minutes driving.

First off, if you haven't been to Puerto Morelos then what are you waiting for? Secondly i LOVE this subdivision. It's super safe and fun to wander around in. The first night we just walked to the collectivo stand and took an 8 peso ride down to the beach. This is totally doable if you don't have a car but if you're older or have little kids you'll prob want that car. From then on we rented a car through the property manager Fana and he was so helpful with everything! Seriously the best property manager we've ever dealt with in Mexico. He knows the good spots in Cancun and PM and speaks great english. We enjoyed the pool outside of the airbnb and the jungle views. If you have little kids be aware there are no railings on the stair cases. There was also a washer and dryer provided inside the unit that we did not see on the listing - a great surprise! We highly recommend this airbnb !
