Un tremendo asco y mala experiencia haber comprado mi colchón con ellos. No atienden los mensajes, los correos, ni las llamadas. No tengo ni un mes con el colchón y el box y ya se rompió una pata y el colchón se aflojó de un costado.

Ha sido muy desagradable haber adquirido un colchón Sealy Altima. Resulta que a los 3 días de uso una parte del colchon empezó a perder firmeza (se hundía más al acostarse) y el resto seguía firme. Entonces es muy incómodo. Pero en tiendas atlas donde se hizo la compra me envió aún "experto" que como no se veía el hundimiento ellos no podían hacer nada. Pero este experto, no podía palpar ni acostarse en el colchón para verificar si era verdad lo que le decía... ah pero no dudaba de mi palabra. Lo único que podía hacer es informarle a Sealy para ver cuando me atiende.
It has been very unpleasant to have acquired a Sealy Altima mattress. It turns out that after 3 days of use a part of the mattress began to lose firmness (it sank more at bedtime) and the rest remained firm. Then it is very uncomfortable. But in atlas stores where the purchase was made, he still sent me an "expert" who could not do anything because of the sinking. Sealy and Liverpool will go to any measure NOT to honor manufacturers’ warranties. We’ve purchased a defective US brand mattress at Liverpool. We’ve owned this mattress for only 6 weeks. In the US consumer satisfaction and consumer experience are of utmost importance at almost every store. We didn’t pay less to buy in Mexico. We just receive poor service. We do NOT recommend Sealy or Liverpool.
