We bought a refrigerator once they delivered it free the second time we bought a brand new bed they delivered it free. Very good store very excellent merchandise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a bike here was a brand killing experience for Sears. Spent 1.5 hours in store after the purchase trying to get the bike assembled properly. Then 4 minutes after I left once I changed gears the back tire fell off. Don't think I will go back to Sears again; a store that I loved since I was a child. Think twice before buying anything that was assembled in this store. Staff was trying to help but was entirely incompetent with bikes. I had no cash because they took it all charging extra for a switched bike so I had to carry the bike and tire 1 hour and 40 minutes and at 58 years old not the adventure I was looking for the 2nd day of vacation.
