★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, en Barragán, buscábamos llantas y el encargado nos indico que no tenía nada disponible, ni siquiera reviso si había disponibilidad en otras sucursales (fuimos a Sears de galerias y fue muy diferente el servicio, nos ayudaron a buscar en los diferentes proveedores y nos hicieron el pedido, nos mantuvieron siempre informados del estatus y se entregaron en una semana) después regresamos a barragán para que instalarán las llantas y el mismo encargado nos indica que no hay ningún técnico disponible para instalar que vayamos otro día, volvimos a ir a mitad de semana y nos indica que no sabe cómo se realiza el cobro del la alineación y balanceo con el descuento por adquirir las llantas ahí
mismo en Sears y que aún no tienen técnico, y que el súpervisor está indispuesto, muy mal servicio en verdad. Reservo el nombre del encargado en recepción, pero es el único que se encuentra ahí.
Very bad service, in Barragán, we were looking for tires and the manager told us that he had nothing available, he did not even check if there was availability in other branches (we went to Sears de gallerias and the service was very different, they helped us to look at the different suppliers and they made us the order, they always kept us informed of the status and they were delivered in a week) then we returned to Barragan to have the tires installed and the same manager tells us that there is no technician available to install that we go another day, we went again in the middle of the week and tells us that he does not know how to charge the alignment and balancing with the discount for acquiring the tires there
Same at Sears and that they still don't have a technician, and that the supervisor is indisposed, very bad service indeed. I reserve the name of the manager at reception, but he is the only one there.

HACEN ESPERAR 40 MINUTOS PARA CARGAR TUS LLANTAS, HACE 3 MESES VINE HE IBA A PASAR LO MISMO TUVE QUE DIRIGIRME CON EL GERENTE YA MOLESTA PORQUE SOLO OCUPABA ESE SERVICIO, Y SUS TECNICOS ME COMENTARON QUE SE IBAN A TARDAR ESE TIEMPO. SI NO HAY GERENTE ESTOS TECNICOS NO SE MUEVEN. ADEMAS DE NO CONTAR SON SUFICIENTE PERSONAL, EL DIA DE HOY SOLO HAY UN TECNICO, 4 MESES ATRAS PASO LO MISMO. NO HAY PERSONAL.
THEY DO NOT HAVE A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 40 MINUTES TO CHARGE YOUR TIRES, 3 MONTHS AGO I CAME THE SAME THING WAS GOING TO HAPPEN I HAD TO GO TO THE MANAGER AND I AM ANNOYED BECAUSE I ONLY WORKED FOR THAT SERVICE, AND THEIR TECHNICIANS TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE THAT TIME. IF THERE IS NO MANAGER THESE TECHNICIANS DON'T MOVE. IN ADDITION TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH PERSONNEL, TODAY THERE IS ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN, THE SAME HAPPENED 4 MONTHS AGO. NO STAFF.
