★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice cita con una estilista en particular porque me la recomendaron y al llegar me dicen que ella no me puede atender porque ella solo hace mechas, eso se me debió decir cuando hice mi cita. La chica que terminó atendiendome hizo un excelente trabajo y fue muy linda. Ya al final, la persona que está en recepción se acerca y de manera grosera y en voz alta presiona a mi estilista para que se apure porque ya tiene a alguien más esperando. Se entiende que tengan tiempos determinados para cada servicio, pero presionar de esa manera no está bien cuando tu negocio es de servicio al cliente.
I made an appointment with a particular stylist because they recommended her to me and when I arrive they tell me that she cannot attend me because she only does highlights, that should have been told to me when I made my appointment. The girl who ended up serving me did an excellent job and was very cute. At the end, the person at the reception approaches and loudly and rudely pressures my stylist to hurry up because he already has someone else waiting. It is understood that they have certain times for each service, but pressing in that way is not good when your business is customer service.
