LA PEOR AGENCIA DE TLAXCALA Y DE MEXICO Sin duda Seat es una gran marca de autos, pero el servicio en esta agencia es, en el menos malo de los casos, una VERGÜENZA. Hacen de un papeleo simple un verdadero problema, cada persona con la que hablas da información diferente, para que dan un horario de atencion si cuando llegas te dicen que "no se puede porque salió el gerente "? "Regresa en 10 minutos" y tienes que esperarlo UNA HORA!!! Todo va bien hasta que pides factura por lo que pagas, resulta que no facturan ciertas cosas, primero dicen que no saben porqué, luego salen con que no facturan por montos menores de 300 pesos cuando (dicho por la engargada de refacciones) su pieza mas barata vale 150 pesos... y despues dicen que no pueden facturar a menos que se presente el titular del credito del auto... y cuando llega te das cuenta que no era necesario que acudiera el titular porque nisiquiera le piden firmar nada!!! El gerente "comercial" te hace esperar mas de una hora para resolver nada, vamos, ni siquiera sabe presentarse correctamente... saluda moviendo la cabecita y pelando los ojos, prácticamente los trabajadores tienen que ir a sacarlo de la silla para que atienda al cliente... mismo que ya tuvo que esperarlo por mas de una hora para comprar una simple copia de la carta factura, misma que enviaron de forma erronea desde la compra del auto... piden una carta poder simple con copia de ID, la llevas y dicen que debe ser notariada y/o presentando ID original... lo vuelves a llevar y salen con que tiene que ir el titular... pudiendo dar la informacion correcta desde el inicio. Para que piden una carta poder si se supone que ese tramite solo es presencial????!!!!! Su razón: "que tal que con una carta poder va usted al banco y saca todo el dinero"... PIENSEN LO QUE PIDEN Y LEAN LOS DOCUMENTOS!!!!! En la caja, lo mismo... hacen que vaya el titular para que al final pregunten "a que nombre quiere la carta factura?"... ojo! Todo iba bien hasta el momento de pedir factura del pago... si no hubiera pedido factura me habrian vendido la copia si problemas... parece que tienen prohibido facturar ... por algo será. Lastima que tan buena marca de autos, en esta agencia sea vendida y atendida por gente preparada para vender zapatos en pagos (con respeto y admiracion a quienes venden zapatos en pagos); pero venden vehiculos!!! y nada baratos... literalmente no saben lo que hacen ni porque lo hacen... peor aun, no saben lo que dicen. Recomendación: si quieres factura pidela directo al SAT y evita perder tiempo y dinero esperando UNA HORA a un gerente que no resuelve nada, discutiendo con una secretaria cerrada que no reconoce sus errores y enseñandole a una cajera cómo hacer su trabajo. Y si vas a comprar un auto o a hacer cualquier trámite, pide todo por escrito porque cada quien tiene una lista diferente de requisitos y PRETEXTOS debajo de la manga.... o busca una agencia SEAT profesional y con gente calificada (mínimo) al mismo nivel de los autos que venden y donde no culpen al vendedor de la incompetencia del gerente, y de la nula capacitación de los trabajadores.

THINK WHAT YOU ASK AND READ THE DOCUMENTS !!!!! In the box, the same ... they make the holder go so that at the end they ask "what name do you want the invoice letter to?" ... be careful! Everything was going well until the moment of asking for an invoice for the payment ... if I hadn't asked for an invoice they would have sold me the copy without problems ... it seems that they are forbidden to invoice ... for something. Too bad that such a good brand of cars, in this agency is sold and served by people prepared to sell shoes in payments (with respect and admiration for those who sell shoes in payments); but they sell vehicles !!! and nothing cheap ... they literally do not know what they do or why they do it ... worse, they do not know what they say. Recommendation: if you want an invoice, ask for it directly from the SAT and avoid wasting time and money waiting ONE HOUR for a manager who does not solve anything, arguing with a closed secretary who does not recognize her mistakes and teaching a cashier how to do her job. And if you are going to buy a car or do any paperwork, ask for everything in writing because everyone has a different list of requirements and PRETEXTS up their sleeve ... or look for a professional SEAT agency with qualified people (minimum) at the same time. level of the cars they sell and where they do not blame the seller for the manager's incompetence, and the lack of training of the workers.

Tardan mucho en atender al cliente, a pesar de ser cliente, o si vas a comprar, solo hay una persona para resolver dudas o hacer trámites y si esa persona se ocupa no te atienden y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo para un trámite sencillo, deberían capacitar al personal no sólo para ventas, si no para direccionar de acuerdo al trámite que vas a realizar para no tener que esperar a un solo ejecutivo, y de nada sirve ser cliente si no tienes una atención personalizada.

Autos y Suv excelentes, dinamismo desempeño y ahorradores, lo pésimo es la administración/gerencia que no está a la altura de los autos que venden, los vendedores son amables y saben lo que hacen, el área de refacciones está por debajo de sus antecesores en cuanto a conocimiento, manejo de sistema y cálculos del IVA y CUIDADO con esto porque es el mantenimiento de tu auto para mantener la garantía, en resumen buenos autos y vendedores, mal el área de refacciones mantenimiento, pésima gerencia/administración

Cuestión refacciones carente de conocimientos de las refacciones, se demoran bastante para cotizar, los precios están bien para ser piezas originales pero la rapidez en el servicio deja mucho que desear le doy dos estrella cotize en SEAT Furia Motors México he incluso me proporcionaron es número de parte para solicitar mi refacción vía wapshat y el número de cuenta el envío ya estába incluído en mi total.
