The experience had been good after 2 maintenance and repair services, but the attention for a minor repair has left me a bad experience, almost 2 weeks waiting for comments if they already had some parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el mantenimiento me dijeron que ala 12:30 ya podía ir a recogerlo y cuando llegue apenas lo habían metido a lavar , Melo entregaron como ala 1 PM , no revisaron las luces exteriores ya que le comenté que no servía ,le pregunté ala señorita y me dijo que no tenían ningún problema de las luces lo cual no es cierto por qué yo las revise y no funcionaban ,mal servicio ,no lavaron bien el auto
In the maintenance they told me that at 12:30 I could go pick it up and when I arrived they had barely put it in for washing, they delivered it to me at 1 PM, they did not check the exterior lights since I told them that it did not work, I asked the lady and He told me that they had no problem with the lights, which is not true, because I checked them and they did not work, bad service, they did not wash the car well.
