★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgente revisen que pasa con su departamento de Servicio, no toman llamadas y si las toman te dejan en línea o bien te piden tus datos para devolverte la llamada y eso nunca sucede.
Ya que tienes la suerte de agendar una cita, llega el esperado día y resulta que no te tienen registrado, se tardan en recibir y tienes que mover tu auto de un lado a otro porque pasa transporte pesado y hacen maniobras, se vuelve toda una fiesta el área de recepción.
Y que decir del tiempo para hacer un servicio, ya sea de 30,000 mil o 90,000 mil o más, se tardan día y medio para realizarlo, eso si lo trabajan bastante bien, se tardan porque las citas se juntas, se pierden, es una locura.
La queja va para quien administra o es responsable del área de servicio, ya sea que seleccionen bien a su personal, aumenten personal o capaciten y revisen cómo están trabajando.
