★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje mi auto a un servicio básico, después de dicho servicio de regreso a mi domicilio en carretera el auto me dejó tirado, al comunicarme con los asesores nadie me pudo dar soporte y tuve que pagar una grúa, la cual no quisieron hacerse responsables, pésimo servicio se lavan las manos fácilmente y todavía quieren añadir más fallas y que por eso no funciona correctamente. jamás lo traigan aquí y menos se fien de los comentarios de la asesora Valeria Mondragón, no sabe de mecánica y solo te da un diagnóstico para que compres más, que cómo sabemos no son nada baratos los servicios o refacciones. Mejor consigan un mecánico de confianza a menos que su auto siga con garantía.
I brought my car to a basic service, after that service on my way back to my home on the road the car left me stranded, when I contacted the advisors, no one could give me support and I had to pay for a tow truck, which they did not want to be responsible for, terrible service wash their hands easily and still want to add more faults and that is why it does not work properly. never bring it here and less trust the comments of the advisor Valeria Mondragón, she does not know mechanics and only gives you a diagnosis so that you buy more, that as we know the services or spare parts are not cheap at all. Better get a reputable mechanic unless your car is still under warranty.
