A	Alfonso Castellanos Balderas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08/04/2015 - Segundo día de la semana intentando contactar a Lucia ("Gerente de Refacciones de esta empresa) para tratar un tema que (Después describiré) tenenos pendiente desde Enero del presente año - así es, 4 meses han pasado y aún no me resuelven nada en concreto - El día de hoy ya llevo 4 llamadas; en la primer llamada dejé recado con una persona del mostrador (Viky) porque Lucia no contestó el radio por lo que no pudo atender mi llamada en ese momento, en la segunda, con Fany (también de mostrador) y en la tercer llamada marqué directamente a la extensión 231, Javier Mtz me transfirió a "Servicio", dónde, ironicamente, la persona de servicio simuló transferirme a la ext 231 nuevamente pero despues de unos segundos terminó la llamada. En la cuarta llamada, marqué a la extensión 230, donde Diego me informó que Lucia no se encontraba desde hace rato ahi y que tampoco le contestaba el radio, por lo que ha de estar en alguna junta - sugirió - Todo lo anterior entre las 1030 y 1410 hrs del dia de hoy. Intentaré en 5 minutos, antes de que Lucia se vaya a comer... 07/04/2015 - Nefasta, llevo 10 minutos (en una segunda llamada) en el conmutador escuchando timbrar una extensión, tratando de hablar con Lucia (gerente de refacciones) y nadie me contesta. En mi experiencia, y desde Octubre a la fecha, pésimo servicio postventa, los empleados no te resuelven ni una ida al baño, 0 capacidad de decisión y/o uso de criterio. Escribo este review mientras espero a que mi llamada sea contestada... ya son casi 15 minutos, la extensión sigue timbrando y nadie contesta. En una ocación me tocó esperar 40 minutos, esperé para saber hasta donde podían llegar; la llamada terminó porque se le acabó la batería a mi celular. In one occasion I had to wait 40 minutes, I waited to know how far they could go; The call ended because my cell phone's battery ran out. I will try a 3rd call.

Los asesores de servicio son amables aunque últimamente los han cambiado y a veces se les van detalles como mantenerte informado del estado de tu servicio. Aunque también hay días donde se saturan en el entrega de trabajos y la espera es eterna. Y las ✨ siguen bajando, llevo 45 esperando sin explicaciones, del porque no sale el carro del servicio In general my views to the service have been good, explanation and clarification in the works, I have never had problems due to the adjustments they make to the car. The service advisors are friendly although they have been changed lately and sometimes they lose details such as keeping you informed of the status of your service. Aparte de que te entregan el auto mas sucio de como lo llevaste. A mi me lo entregaron con el mismo aceite que llevaba, pero me cobraron como si lo hubieran hecho. For sale all good.
