★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y mala experiencia en área de venta de vehículos nuevos. No hay interés hacia potencial cliente, no hay seriedad ni seguimiento a la labor de venta. Fue una verdadera lástima perder tiempo en acudir a una prueba de manejo y encontrarse con que no se acordaban que ésta se había agendado.
No dudo que el producto, Ibiza, sea bueno pero acudiré a otra agencia.
Terrible attention and bad experience in the area of sale of new vehicles. There is no interest towards a potential client, there is no seriousness or follow-up to the sales work. It was a real shame to waste time going to a test drive and find that they did not remember that it had been scheduled.
I have no doubt that the product, Ibiza, is good but I will go to another agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo pésimo lugar para llevar tu coche a hojalateria y pintura, lo peor de este mundo regrese mi coche 4 veces, no tienen la responsable ni la menor idea de que servicio y mucho menos que es hojalateria pintura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vdd es que compre mi auto en Sta sucursal y le hago todos los servicios en su taller pero apenas me tocó cambiarle las balatas h me estaban cotizando 10,000 $ por el cambio lo cual es obviamente absurdo entonces eso fue lo que me molestó que siendo tan amables abusen de eso y se quieran aprovechar no puedo hablar por todos los asesores pero si me querían chamaquear y diciendo que me ayudaban con meses sin intereses y un descuento y cosas así cuando con mi mecánico se confianza que consigue igual las piezas directamente del distribuidor de seat me las dejo en 3,000 la vdd es que te dicen que vas a perder la garantía y cosas como que si te volteas pues no es su bronca como para querer venderte afuerza algo y es la segunda vez que me la quieren aplicar pero ya chole si lo sigo llevando es por qué cuando lo venda se vea que tengo todos los servicios en la agencia es más que nada por eso .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de esta agencia, desde el área de servicio que tardan más de 1 mes para entregar factura por sus servicios, hasta vw leasing pésima respuesta, solo me traen vuelta y vuelta para el tramite de finalizacion de mi arrendamiento, Ricardo Santos no contesta mensajes;pero no fuera para comprarles un auto, porque están muy al pendiente.
Terrible service from this agency, from the service area that takes more than 1 month to deliver an invoice for their services, to vw leasing, a terrible response, they only bring me back and forth for the process of terminating my lease, Ricardo Santos does not answer messages, but not to buy them a car, because they are very attentive.
