★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el personal de ventas tiene una visión muy corta. Fui hace 2 semanas buscando un auto nuevo, la sala de exhibición estaba completamente vacía pues tienen mucha demanda y poca oferta de autos (todas las agencias) por la escasez de suministros.
Y aun así la vendedora descaradamente me advirtió que si quería un auto tenia que comprarle además el seguro, un paquete de accesorios adicionales y algo más. De lo contrario me pondría al final de la lista de espera, pero si le compraba esos extras me podía adelantar en la lista.
Que el tiempo de espera si no le compraba los adicionales era de 4 meses.
Que tristeza que no tienen autos que vender y en lugar de preocuparse por vender solo alejen a sus clientes a otras concesionarias con personal más amable y decente.
Unfortunately the sales staff has a very short vision. I went 2 weeks ago looking for a new car, the showroom was completely empty as they have high demand and low supply of cars (all dealers) due to shortage of supplies.
And yet the saleswoman blatantly warned me that if I wanted a car I had to buy her insurance, an extra accessory package and something else. Otherwise he would put me at the bottom of the waiting list, but if I bought him those extras he could get me ahead of the list.
That the waiting time if I did not buy the additional ones was 4 months.
How sad that they don't have cars to sell and instead of worrying about selling they just drive their customers away to other dealerships with more friendly and decent staff.
