★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio post venta no es el mejor. Casi hay que rogarles para que te llamen. Si tienes oportunidad acude a alguna otra agencia. Lamentablemente en Pachuca es la única, de ahí hay que ir a CDMX. Hace falta mucho seguimiento, parecería que solo les interesa venderte y en ese trámite son los mejores asesores. Una vez que adquiriste el vehículo el trato se vuelve displicente e indiferente. La marca a mi parecer es bastante buena (gama media) y cubre bien expectativas

Eviten comprar en ésta agencia para evitarse malos momentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre unas llantas ahí, me dijeron que llegaban de 2 a 3 días hábiles y quedaron de avisarme cuando llegarán (cosa que nunca sucedio), tuve que ir 7 días después porque nunca se comunicaron conmigo, cuando llego a pedir información me dijeron que ya habían llegado desde hace 4 días. Después se tardaron más de 7 horas para cambiar las 4 llantas y dejarlo bien, porque al parecer no lo podían alinear bien tuve que regresar dos veces más porque no había quedado bien. Todo el día completamente perdido por un cambio de llantas!

Then it took more than 7 hours to change the 4 tires and leave it well, because apparently they could not align it well I had to go back two more times because it was not good.
