★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy deficiente servicio, en Seminuevos; adquirí un vehículo con ellos, mi primer fiasco, 1 mes y una semana para que lo entregaran, 2do, la señorita/ vendedora que me entregó documentos y vehículo fue engañosa y mintió, abusando de hacer una entrega "rápida", aún así bajo confianza le pregunté por lo faltante y me dijo que en seguida se hacía cargo, una vez que salí de la agencia no quisieron hacerse cargo de su obligación (faltan cambios de propietario NO pagados). A hoy no me contestan llamadas, me bloquearon. Están bajo demanda ya en este momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar en donde te atienden bien pero la verdad el trámite para la obtención del auto es muy muy tardado, hay que presionar bastante para que te entreguen la unidad, asimismo te dan argumentos que no son verdad para que no estés presionando. En cuanto a la emisión de la factura también es recomendable tener cuidado pues de cajón te la entregan con un RFC genérico, lo que hace que no puedas deducir el IVA y el monto del IVA en un vehículo es considerable, por lo que tuvimos que solicitar que pusieran el RFC correcto, al principio recibimos una negativa pero después de insistir bastante pues ya no les quedó de otra más que hacerlo de la manera correcta. La marca habla por sí sola pero sean minuciosos y lean cada letra pequeña de los contratos, en donde por supuesto el cliente lleva las de perder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you make an appointment they are usually pretty good, but sometimes, even if you call to confirm you car is ready, you will arrive, and it won't be ready for another hour or two... They always seem a little expensive to me too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where they sell new cars, the people are very nice. Now the guy that works in the used car area, is very rude and disrespectful to everyone. Guy needs to be fired. Just cause of this person, I'm giving them three stars. If you get rid of the rude person I will upgrade to five stars.
