★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi automóvil gol al servicio, para los 40 mil km y me lo recibió la señorita todo bien, después ya que me lo entregaron, a los 2 dias se me prendió el foco de check engine, ¿no se supone que te escanen todo el sistema para comprobar fallas? Lo volvi a llevar y me salen con la jalada que tenia falla en el catalizador y que el servicio es una cosa y el arreglo del catalizador es otro y que no aplicaba ninguna garantia en el servicio mas o menos me hicieron una cotización de 11 mil pesos, mas la mano de obra, por lo que opte por no dejarlo y mejor llevarlo con un mecánico de confianza y o sorpresa no le hicieron nada, la bujias estaban todas quemadas lo cual provocaba la falla, no le cambiaron absolutamente nada, solo le pusieron aceite, llenaron los depósitos y lavaron el motor. Adjunto fotos. Mañana voy a reclamar para que me regresen mi dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio estuvo bien hecho, el coche quedo en buenas condiciones pero me tardaron mucho en repáralo.
El día que lo entregué me avisaron que saldría ese mismo día en la tarde, pero justo de camino a recogerlo me avisaron que tardaría de 3 a 5 días.
Me tardaron 9 días.
También tuve problemas de comunicación, al llamar a mi asesora o a la agencia, nadie me contesto y si llamé varias veces.
Honestamente no puedo recomendar el servicio en Seat Santa Fe si tu coche ya no tiene garantía, pero el resultado salió bien.

I honestly can't recommend servicing at Seat Santa Fe if your car is out of warranty, but it turned out fine.
