★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, hay buena atención por parte de los agentes pero la empresa no ayuda, la secretarias pésimas para pasar un recado, muy informales en entrega, autos comparativamente con VW, muy caros para tan mala atención de parte de personal administrativo.... Toooooooodas las piezas tienen que ser pedidas hasta millones de años luz para hacer reparaciones y lo más grave, no saben cuando llegaran... Son excelentes autos pero sin servicio adecuado los hacen obsoletos en corto tiempo....
Very bad experience, there is good attention from the agents but the company does not help, the lousy secretaries to pass a message, very informal in delivery, cars comparatively with VW, very expensive for such bad attention by administrative staff ... Toooooooodas the pieces have to be ordered up to millions of light years to make repairs and the most serious, they do not know when they arrive ... They are excellent cars but without proper service they make them obsolete in a short time ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus carros son buenísimos pero el área de servicio (mantenimiento) son pésimos, mienten, no explican las fallas ni los arreglos que hacen, reportan un costo y al pagar es uno más elevado. Ojo no me refiero a los mecánicos sino al servicio en general que muchas veces son forzados a cumplir el número mensual ( objetivos).
Agendan carros solo para cumplir sus métricos y dejan la calidad y el servicio al cliente al final.
Totalmente decepcionada de Seat Tampico.
Their cars are very good but the service area (maintenance) is bad, they lie, they do not explain the failures or the arrangements they make, they report a cost and when paying is a higher one. Eye I do not mean the mechanics but the service in general that many times are forced to meet the monthly number (objectives).
They arrange cars just to meet their metrics and leave quality and customer service at the end.
Totally disappointed in Seat Tampico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa de gran prestigio. Pero desafortunadamente con un "técnico" que no me resolvió una compra; y grosero. Dicha compra no me sirvió y no me la cambiaron ni me regresaron el dinero. Ni la nota de compra me dieron. Tuve que conseguir la refacción en otro lado y mucho mas barata.
A highly prestigious company. But unfortunately with a "technician" who did not resolve a purchase for me; and rude. This purchase did not work for me and they did not change it or return my money. They didn't even give me the purchase note. I had to get the part elsewhere and much cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es excelente, el único problema es la falta de vehículos, la mayoría son por pedido, así que no hay mucha referencia física si estás interesado en cierto modelo y versión.
The service is excellent, the only problem is the lack of vehicles, most are by request, so there is not much physical reference if you are interested in a certain model and version.
