Registro civil según ellas es el mismo sistema pregunto entonces para que mandan a la gente a esa oficialía y cobran x un servicio que se da en la dirección general ??
They do not support much and when requesting proof of search or receipt of payment they refuse to give it that in that there is no proof and they send people to the general address. According to them, the civil registry is the same system. I ask, then, why do they send people to that office and charge for a service that is given in the general direction?
