Margaritas tasteless, they are horrible ... it takes 30 to 40 minutes to bring your drink / food and that without the place being full. A and at the end the waiter asks you for a tip even though the services were very poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuyyy malo. Rara vez en Monterrey te toca un servicio como de latino en Cuba. Muy mal atendidos por un mesero espantoso y mal educado. Además, el lugar es de suerte porque ese mismo día nos dijeron que no estaban sirviendo nada de comida por "problemas en la cocina", sin embargo sí veías otras mesas comiendo. Por último, si estás acostumbrado a consumir buena coctelería, tenlo por seguro que te van a decepcionar las opciones en el menú.
Sooo bad. Rarely in Monterrey do you get a service like a Latino in Cuba. Very poorly served by a horrible and rude waiter. In addition, the place is lucky because that same day they told us that they were not serving any food due to "problems in the kitchen", however you did see other tables eating. Finally, if you are used to consuming good cocktails, rest assured that you will be disappointed with the options on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio Deficiente! Y la mesera nos quería cobrar propina super alta, le dimos lo justo ( 15% ) y se enojó al final.
La música muy buena y el lugar está muy bien.
Poor Service! And the waitress wanted to charge us a super high tip, we gave her just enough (15%) and she got mad at the end.
The music is very good and the place is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno, buen mix de música y las hamburguesas están con ganas. Lo malo, si no llegas temprano, te pueden dar la sorpresa que 3/4 partes de las mesas ya están reservadas y te dejan esperando aunque físicamente no haya nadie. Hay uno que otro mesero mal encarado y pues eso le resta plus al lugar. Te cobran el servicio de cajón y los tragos pues no son la gran cosa.
The good, good mix of music and the burgers are hungry. The bad, if you do not arrive early, you may be surprised that 3/4 of the tables are already reserved and they leave you waiting even if there is no one physically. There is one or another badly faced waiter and well that detracts from the place. They charge you for drawer service and drinks because they are not a big deal.
