IMPORTANTE quienes vayan a ir A PIE, sepan que NO hay acceso por otra parte que no sea por Avenida Constitución, así que deben ir desde Av. Colón caminando hasta llegar a la orilla de Constitución y por ahí seguir hasta llegar a SAGARPA, (muchos mencionaron haber tenido ese problema porque pensaban que había acceso desde calle Madero o calle Rio Santa Catarina, pero el único es por Constitución. Sobre el personal, todos muy atentos y tratando de aclarar las dudas que tenían las personas que vi durante la espera. El proceso tomó 30 minutos llevando toda la papelería lista y porque había poca gente haciendo fila. No hay ningún letrero que lo indique pero el guardia que se encuentra en el portón de la entrada orienta para llegar a las oficinas que se encuentran al fondo. Cuentan con acceso para sillas de ruedas , sanitarios públicos. Cualquier trámite debe hacerse a más tardar el 31 de diciembre pues el personal dejará de atender y regresan hasta marzo de 2022.
