TARDAN HORAS PARA CONTESTAR. ES UNA PENA... QUE CON TANTA DEMANDA, NO TENGAN VARIAS LUNEAS, PARA ATENDER Y EVITAR SALIR EN ESTE MOMENTO DE PANDEMIA TAN FUERTE.
THEY TAKE HOURS TO ANSWER. IT'S A PITY... THAT WITH SO MUCH DEMAND, THEY DON'T HAVE SEVERAL MONDAYS, TO ATTEND AND AVOID GOING OUT AT THIS TIME OF SO STRONG PANDEMIC.

La mayoría del personal sin ganas de atender a la gente y si lo hacen es de mala manera, no saben dar información alguna de los programas que existen. Hacen dar vueltas y vueltas a la poblacion de adultos mayores con papelería requerida teniendo la oportunidad de hacerlo ellos, y hasta posiblemente cobrar por la impresión o copia que requiera. No hay empatía, gente con discapacidad motriz haciendo largas filas sin ofrecer alguna silla mientras les toca su turno. En fin, no acabaría de hacer las observaciones para mejora.
Most of the staff who do not want to serve people and if they do it in a bad way, they do not know how to give any information about the programs that exist. They make the elderly population go round and round with required stationery having the opportunity to do it themselves, and even possibly charge for the printing or copying that they require. There is no empathy, people with motor disabilities making long lines without offering a chair while it is their turn. In short, I would not finish making observations for improvement.

Pésima atención al público. Personal sin capacitación, sin conocimiento y totalmente apáticos con los problemas referentes a adultos mayores. Jamás contestan el teléfono, no pierdab su tiempo.

Aglomeracion de gente solicitando ayuda e información, es un desorden, para pagos piden la credencial de elector y no dan comprobante de recibido que tal si la pierden? No hay donde estacionarse la gente que acudimos somos adultos mayores y nos tienen de pie esperando es un caos total y esperar y esperar.
