★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No esyan ofreciendo servicios de calidad, no dan informacion completa, no tienen sellos aparte la muchacha de molesto por lo que le pregunte, no deben contratar personas asi, algunas personas de la 3era edad e incapacitadas, requieren de explicaciones entendibles y les contestan mal. Vi una persona pegada al celular.
They are not offering quality services, they do not give complete information, they do not have seals apart from the girl who is annoying for what she asks, they should not hire people like that, some elderly and disabled people, they require understandable explanations and they answer them badly. I saw a person glued to the cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden con los pies como si ellos te estuvieran haciendo un favor, principalmente los guardias te faltan el respeto. Vienes todos los días por más de 2 semanas para revisar el certificado de la segunda vacuna que no aparece en internet y desde hace mas de 3 meses te vacunaste. Te ponen pretextos para no atender y que vengas al día siguiente; cuando se requiere un documento con urgencia, además se creen intocables y la falta de profesionalismo llama mucho la atención para ser del sector público. No APOYAN, solo PERJUDICAN.
They serve you with their feet as if they were doing you a favor, mainly the guards disrespect you. You come every day for more than 2 weeks to review the certificate of the second vaccination that does not appear on the internet and you have been vaccinated for more than 3 months. They give you excuses for not attending and for you to come the next day; when a document is urgently required, they also believe they are untouchable and the lack of professionalism draws a lot of attention for being from the public sector. They don't SUPPORT, they only HURT.
