Dependencia gubernamental donde acuden personas mayores, y/o con discapacidades, les citan por teléfono y les informar que tiene cita tal fecha a las 9 am, llegan muchos en transporte público con esfuerzo físico y económico a formar en una fila de pie a pesar de la edad y limitaciones, en entrada la empleada no muy amablemente a muchos les dice no estar en la lista!!! Deberían dar citas escalonadas para atender dignamente a los abuelitos y no hacerles esperar demasiado o regresarlos y esperar llamada otros 4, 5 meses después! Pésimo desempeño. Sria. del "Bienestar"?? En serio.....es irónico Disorganized!
