★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al contribuyente, nunca contestan ni la operadora, ni en las extensiones para dar información.
Según veo en las opiniones anteriores hablan de lo mismo, esto quiere decir que los funcionarios de mas alto nivel nunca se han preocupado en revisar su pagina de internet y ver la malla atención al publico.

Trato de realizar un tramite, para el cual te piden como requisito un formato que ellos han establecido, pero dicho formato no esta disponible para descarga, posterior trate de ir a ventanilla para que me lo proporcionaran y me dicen que el formato no esta en la plataforma, y que le hiciera como pudiera porque sin ese formato no me pueden iniciar el tramite. entonces que debo hacer ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta oficina tienen una pésima atención, son ejemplo claro de la descomposición y mal trato a los ciudadanos, las personas se oficialia te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y se la pasan en el teléfono móvil, la mitad de los servidores trabajan sin cubrebocas, es una irresponsabilidad.
