Entre el mismo personal se pasan las responsabilidades sin dar información consistente a los usuarios que nos permita avanzar en los trámites; eso hace que sean excesivamente tardados y tediosos. Se les pierden o traspapelan los archivos y uno mismo tiene que entrar a buscarlos. Una total ineficiencia e ineficacia. PÉSIMO
 Lousy service they have on 4 poniente. Responsibilities are passed between the same personnel without giving consistent information to users that allows us to advance in the procedures; that makes them excessively time consuming and tedious. Files are lost or misplaced and you have to go in and look for them yourself. Total inefficiency and ineffectiveness. APPALLING
