★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían capacitar al personal, al parecer no conocen la validez de los documentos. Pasan preferentemente a las personas solo porque son conocidas del personal que trabaja ahí.
They should train the staff, apparently they don't know the validity of the documents. They pass preferentially to people just because they are known to the staff who work there.

More agile with the dating system, my process was faster. Hopefully they will publish the requirements for the procedures that are carried out.

Cuando su horario laboral es asta las 3pm.
Y no atienden las citas en los horarios que ellos mismos ponen, pésimo servicio!
They close at 2pm
When their working hours are until 3pm.
And they do not keep appointments at the times that they set themselves, terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sistema de citas suena muy buena opción en esta temporada de la pandemia de COVID-19. Sin embargo el servicio sigue siendo más de lo mismo. Al menos en mi caso, aparté cita para las 12:50 horas y me atendieron hasta 15 minutos después. ¡Ni siquiera había más gente esperando turno! Pésimo.
The dating system sounds like a great option this season of the COVID-19 pandemic. However the service is still more of the same. At least in my case, I made an appointment for 12:50 and they attended me until 15 minutes later. There weren't even more people waiting their turn! Appalling.

Las empleadas, desde la que recibe los papeles a la que cobra nada más se están haciendo patos platicando moviéndose de lugar y para rematar pasan primero a otras personas en este caso brincaron de una fila a un 'doctor' nada más por ser conocido de una de las empleadas. Ah y sin cubrebocas nada más 'careta' deberían de venir a hablarles de las medidas preventivas y checar estás anomalías.
Terrible service. The employees, from the one who receives the papers to the one who charges nothing else, are talking to each other, moving from place to place and to finish off they first pass other people in this case they jumped from a row to a 'doctor' just because they were known to a of the employees. Oh and without a mask, nothing more 'mask' should come to talk about preventive measures and check these anomalies.
