★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención por parte de la señora del primer filtro déspota y muy mal educada. Llevas toda la documentación en regla pero por qué ella no quiere trabajar te regresa todo. Capaciten a sus colaboradores. Es un trío de señoras nada amables y irrespetuosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra abierto, el tiempo de espera para ser atendido es muy corto, en mi experiencia fui a realizar una devolución y fue muy engorroso ya que te mandan a tramitar primero un escrito a la administración de Álvaro Obregón y ahí se tardan de 15 a 20 días en dartelo, y por el tiempo transcurrido no se me hizo la devolución ya que resultó que el trámite era vencido cuando en tiempo y forma lleve mis documentos, creo que no se especifican bien cuando uno levanta la queja(devolución) acerca de los requerimientos porque ahí nunca me pidió ningún escrito por parte de la administración de la Álvaro Obregón
