But for the money, if the fuck they took the money, I want to know, if I have my motorcycle at a hundred and because of you I don't have license plates even though they're already paid, what's next? Either you make the appointment for me in person on the day that you have availability or RETURN THE MONEY AND I WILL PAY YOU UNTIL I FIND APPOINTMENTS ??? If I get stopped by the disastrous transits of SLP and I don't have license plates but I say that I already paid for them but I don't have them due to their deficiency system, DO YOU ANSWER FOR ME OR WHAT?? BECAUSE YOU ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME THE APPOINTMENT AND YOUR PAGE #DOESN'T WORK!!! ???

The certificate issuing service (in machine) is disastrous, since almost all those installed in the different commercial centers get stuck, they do not give change or the receipt nor do they issue the document, on the other hand there is a number that one can resort to in any of those failures and they never respond and the hours that they manage (registered on the page) are a total falsehood because it is only from 8 am to 3 pm.
