★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy adulto muy mayor he tratado de ver mis adeudos de predial y la aplicación de la tesorería no abre para ver adeudos y montos es muy complicado llevo días tratando de hacerlo de que sirve que digan se puede paga r en línea si no abre la aplicación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene mas de 3 meses que no puedo obtener una cita para arreglar el estatus de una oficio que se ingresó desde el mes de septiembre del 2020 y a la fecha no me han dado respuesta y para colmo no hay citas para darle seguimiento, ah y nunca contestan el teléfono.. si antes eran lentos, ahora con la pandemia tienen justificación.
It has been more than 3 months since I have been able to get an appointment to fix the status of a trade that was entered since September 2020 and to date they have not given me an answer and to top it off there are no appointments to follow up, oh and they never answer the phone... if they were slow before, now with the pandemic they are justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetaron la cita, el personal es muy...muy despota, le pondría una estrella, pero el joven del módulo 6 y la señorita de módulo 7 fueron los únicos amables de todos los demás servidores que son super groseros hasta con personas de tercera edad
They did not respect the appointment, the staff is very...very rude, I would give it a star, but the young man from module 6 and the lady from module 7 were the only kind of all the other servers who are super rude even with third-party people age

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mapa lo ubica mal está Justo en la esquina de av niños héroes y de la vista es con Cita así que aunque la página de finanzas.cdmx.gob.mx les diga que no hay citas para el mismo día denle doble click y se las da sin mayor problema el horario de publicación de edictos es de 9-2 en la procuraduría fiscal
The map places it wrong, it is right on the corner of av children heroes and from the view it is with Appointment, so even if the page for finances.cdmx.gob.mx tells you that there are no appointments for the same day, double click on it and they will gives without major problem the schedule of publication of edicts is from 9-2 in the fiscal attorney's office

Hay que sacar cita antes. Al momento de sacarla te indican todos los documentos de los que debes llevar copia, y originales para cotejo. Piden que lleves un formato, pero ahí te lo dan para llenarlo.
Hay una carpa afuera por si se llega a juntar mucha gente, pero como no había personas esperando, me pasaron enseguida.
Tardé como 30 minutos en total desde que entré hasta que salí del edificio.
El trámite es gratuito y se concluye el mismo día, no es necesario regresar después
Adentro hay sanitarios que están muy limpios aunque no había jabón en el lavabo.
La atención fue muy buena ??

There is a tent outside in case a lot of people get together, but since there were no people waiting, they passed me right away.
It took me like 30 minutes total from the time I walked in to the time I left the building.
The procedure is free and is completed the same day, it is not necessary to return later
Inside there are toilets that are very clean although there was no soap in the sink.

it’s very far from my home (in cdmx) and it’s the only place in cdmx where you can go fix your predial issues. I wish the service had broader working hours and it wouldn’t harm to have an office in each of the “alcaldías “ as well…
