★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este caso me refiero a inmigración de León, Gto.
Fui de acompañante y pude ver que la atención es pésima, extremadamente lenta, de cuatro ventanillas de atención solo dos funcionan y en ocasiones no hay nadie atendiendo.
Los guardias de seguridad de la puerta son quiénes llaman los números y ahí deciden si quieren atender a alguien pasarlos primero.
La mayoría de las personas que están en esa oficina están realizando trámites migratorios y como migrantes tienen derechos.
Cuando los mexicanos vamos a otros países nos quejamos de la atención pero primero debemos ver la que nosotros damos.

I was a companion and I could see that the attention is very bad, extremely slow, with four service windows, only two work and sometimes there is no one attending.
The security guards at the door are the ones who call the numbers and there they decide if they want to see someone pass them first.
Most of the people who are in that office are carrying out immigration procedures and as migrants have rights.
When we Mexicans go to other countries we complain about the attention but first we must see what we give.
