La atención es buena aunque no me respondieron adecuadamente ya que mi oficio lo regresaron a la alcaldía de donde me estoy quejando por lo que pienso que este caso no me va a ser favorable por lo que voy a a tener que demandar a la funcionaria no en su cargo sino como ciudadana que es para que responda por sus actos aún cuando deje el cargo.

I went to request information on a report that I made. The service is good, although they did not respond to me adequately since my office was returned to the mayor's office, where I am complaining, so I think that this case will not be favorable to me, so I will have to sue the official not in her position but as a citizen who is responsible for their actions even when they leave office.
