★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 estrellas pero con sarcasmo....lo único bueno del servicio es que aceptan "gratificaciones " $$$$$ en efectivo un poco caras pero vale la pena ....me gusta México por ese detalle ..... Te ayudan a ayudarte ???????.....viva México y la corrupción de la 4t.....
5 stars but sarcastically...the only good thing about the service is that they accept "gratuities" $$$$$ in cash, a little expensive but worth it...I like Mexico for that detail.... help help you ???????..... long live Mexico and the corruption of the 4t.....

Llegue 11 am y a las 12 después de una hora de estar fiormado para realizar un pago, dicen que ya no tienen servicio a las 12 pm pero casual, un chico de ahí mismo me dice ahorita le arreglo su tramite de volada, con su respectiva cuota claro, que coraje y frustración...
Terrible service... I arrived at 11 am and at 12 after an hour of being signed to make a payment, they say that they no longer have service at 12 pm but casually, a guy from right there tells me right now I'll fix his flight process , with their respective share of course, what courage and frustration...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pierdan su tiempo con el sistema de citas, ya no las respetan, te mandan a formar con todas las personas, como siempre fomentando el desorden para que la gente recurra a los coyotes y ellos se ganen su lana.

PÓLIZA DE SEGURO (yo nunca entendí para que ese documento)
Lleven mucha paciencia, gorro o sombrero para cubrirse del sol.

Like all formalities, a crap service. They should hire trained staff giving correct information before wasting 3 hours.
