The administrative civil servants are very friendly, they like their work, unfortunately the old and unmaintained facilities, they should innovate to make appointments, the line starts at 5:30 am

Bad organization to receive people, attention with arrogant attitude of some public servants who work there. They do not provide toilets even though they make people wait for hours.

They work poorly as they can't. You have to queue from 6 am and lose all morning to process a license. the staff is despotic and rude and the mustache man comes to work at 12 noon. Honorable mention for the elderly man in a wheelchair without his lower limbs, he is the only one who attends with kindness.

More organization is needed since you lose the whole day there even if you go alone to endorse and that day we had the bad manners of some officials!!

It saddens me to see the place in the condition it is... cobwebs from years on the tables, rickety furniture, untidy (perhaps because they are giving the place a little hand that does not prevent it from being decent), the super salty walls, an aspect that shows the administrative spaces of my country forgotten by those who have to manage or send resources... but what surprises me the most is that they continue to deliver files as if there were no more pleasant digital systems for everyone, I came from outside Ciudad Guzmán at 5am and logically they were distributed punctually shortly before 8am to the strict number of two twenty people, it is true that there is efficiency on the part of public servants although a somewhat cold tone, especially for older people or people who come from rural communities, not rude I clarify, but without that empathy and warmth that they should have for those who have been unemployed for 3 hours cold, thirsty and perhaps with uncertainty in the process, for me it is not a sign of discomfort I only put myself in the shoes of others...I won't tell you about the details of the procedure, but I think that the space can improve a lot when it is obvious that a lot of money comes in from licenses, fines, etc...I understand that money doesn't I arrived directly at these offices, but the environment is so depressing that I understand the attitude of their workers, decent spaces for them and for those of us who need to do the paperwork... my appreciation for the people who showed extra kindness in their work!
