★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Ya el trámite es caro y una vez adentro todavía tienen el descaro de pedirte una "ayuda para que te ayude".
Claro, si no lo haces te piden una copia diferente cada vez que toca tu turno y así te la llevas varios días perdiendo el tiempo porque lo que quieren es dinero.
Claro que si vas con un gestor te ahorras todo el problema porque ellos se encargan de darle la mordida a los nefastos empleados que aquí laboran.
Tras 3 días de llamar a las oficinas centrales, por fin contestaron la línea y pude poner mi queja. Esta fue la única manera en la que pude realizar mi trámite.
Terrible service. The process is already expensive and once inside they still have the nerve to ask you for a "help to help you."
Of course, if you don't, they'll ask you for a different copy every time it's your turn and that's how you spend it for several days wasting your time because what they want is money.
Of course, if you go with a manager, you save all the trouble because they take care of giving the nefarious employees who work here.
After 3 days of calling the headquarters, they finally answered the line and I was able to make my complaint. This was the only way I was able to complete my procedure.
