En el hotel hubo un contratiempo y el autobús tuvo que esperar que bajarán las maletas por escalera y QUISIERON MOCHADA DE 14 MIL PESOS!!!!!! cuando el problema NO fue de los operadores!!!(se fue la energía eléctrica y por lo tanto no funcionaban los elevadores) 2 empleados bajando de los pisos 14 15 y 16 las maletas *y eso no lo pudieron entender* ATTE. 50 Turistas de SONORA
 A very bad experience with municipal transit !!!!
At the hotel there was a setback and the bus had to wait for the suitcases to go down the stairs and they WANTED A PACKAGE OF 14 THOUSAND PESOS !!! when the problem was NOT from the operators !!! (the electricity went out and therefore the elevators did not work) 2 employees lowering the bags from floors 14 15 and 16 * and that they could not understand * ATTE. 50 tourists from SONORA
