★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen dar muchas vueltas para revisar la documentación y dan su visto bueno "personal" así que si te recibe otro empleado te regresa documentos riendose de que según el estan mal los documentos y el otro empleado había dicho que estaban bien la vez pasada. Deberían de ser un poco amables, darles cursos de atención al cliente y recordarles de dónde sacan el dinero para pagarles: de nosotros. Pésimo servicio, ojalá que lo mejoren pronto.
 Terrible service, they make you go around many times to check the documentation and give their "personal" approval, so if another employee receives you, he returns documents laughing at the fact that according to the documents are wrong and the other employee had said that they were fine at the same time pass. They should be a little friendly, give them customer service courses, and remind them where they get the money to pay them: from us. Terrible service, hopefully they improve it soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el lugar está muy chico y aparte la espera es demaciada. Sin contar que estaban en horario de servicio y cancelaron el servicio para festejar el cumpleaños de alguien ahí mismo. Y la gente aquí esperando, eso se me hace falta de profesionalismo. (Te cobran otro monto extra que por derecho municipal, pero no te dan algún recibo.) Pésimos servico en toda la extensión de la palabra. ?
Terrible service, the place is very small and apart the wait is too demaciated. Not counting that they were on duty and canceled the service to celebrate someone's birthday right there. And the people here waiting, that I lack professionalism. (They charge you another extra amount than by municipal law, but they don't give you a receipt.) Terrible service throughout the whole word. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo para entregar pasaporte tardan 2 horas. Para tramites te dicen que no son los mismos requisitos de la página oficial. Te hacen dar vueltas. Y te atienden super mal. Preguntas algo y se ofenden. Malísima experiencia. Solo porque realmente uno necesita esos documentos. Al final me dijeron que no esta el pasaporte aún cuando un día antes me dijeron que ya estaba.
Only to deliver passport take 2 hours. For procedures they tell you that they are not the same requirements of the official page. They make you spin. And they serve you super bad. You ask something and they get offended. Bad experience. Just because you really need those documents. In the end they told me that the passport is not there even when the day before they told me it was already there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio estuve desde la 9:00 hasta la 16:30, me cobraron un monto por derecho a no sé qué, porque mi pago lo hice en el banco, y ni un recibo de eso me entregó. la señora no me quería aceptar la copia de mi naturalización porque a fuerza quería que fuera tamaño oficio cuando en realidad se tienen que entregar tamaño carta y reducida y que no tenía que ser ser a color, solo porque no apareció un poco el borde de la hoja no la quiso.
Terrible service I was from 9:00 to 16:30, they charged me an amount for the right to not know what, because my payment was made at the bank, and not a receipt of that was delivered to me. the lady did not want to accept the copy of my naturalization because I wanted to force it to be an official size when in fact they have to be delivered letter size and reduced and that did not have to be color, just because the edge of the Leaf did not want it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, son SUPER lentos. El día que me tocó la cita se quedaron sin luz, tienen bastante personal pero de todos no se hace uno. Si puede hacer su trámite en otro lado mejor, hasta para tomar la foto tardas más de una hora. Es el vivo retrato del estereotipo de burocracia en México...
Terrible service, they are SUPER slow. The day that I had the appointment they were without light, they have a lot of personnel but of all they do not become one. If you can do your paperwork in another better way, even to take the photo takes more than an hour. It is the living portrait of the stereotype of bureaucracy in Mexico ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron según $274 que x las fotos y cuando saque la cita no me dijeron de este pago extra que no esta contemplado en ningún lado. Que es para las fotos según ellos y se quedan con el comprobante de pago.
