Very bad service, schedules appointment, you arrive and deliver papers, from there 3 hours for the photo and 2 hours to deliver. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trámite fue muy rápido y eficiente, el personal muy amable y siempre fui tratado con mucha educación y con indicaciones claras. Tuve mi cita a las 11:40 am y para la 1:00 pm ya tenía mi pasaporte en mano. Muchas felicidades y gracias a todos los funcionarios de esa dependencia.
The process was very fast and efficient, the staff were very friendly and I was always treated very politely and with clear instructions. I had my appointment at 11:40 am and by 1:00 pm I already had my passport in hand. Congratulations and thanks to all the officials of that department.

I want to congratulate the Campeche delegation staff for their kind, prompt and helpful treatment at all times. It has been a long time since she was in a public office and was treated as a person and not as cattle. They deserve an honorable mention.
