★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuevas instalaciones sin embargo igual de lentos que en la sede anterior. Para renovación de pasaporte de menor de edad más de 4 hrs de espera. Solicitan requisitos que no vienen en la página de internet como constancia médica. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy buena la atención fue muy rápida y todos son muy amables, en 10 min revisaron mis documentos y en menos de 40 min ya tenía mi pasaporte tienen área de niños y lactancia el lugar es bonito, mi cita la saqué en internet.

Vine a renovar mi pasaporte y el trámite aproximado fue de una hora.
Importante, cuenta con servicio los días domingo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar al edificio hay que bajar 1 nivel hacia al Lobby. Hay un negocio al lado donde sacan copias en caso de haber olvidado alguna. El personal es atento y muy ágil. Mi trámite fue de renovación, había como 50 personas en la sala de espera pero salí en menos de 20 minutos y me entregaron el pasaporte en una hora. Muy buen servicio.
Upon entering the building you have to go down 1 level to the Lobby. There is a shop next door where they make copies in case you have forgotten any. The staff is attentive and very agile. My procedure was renewal, there were about 50 people in the waiting room but I left in less than 20 minutes and they gave me my passport in an hour. Very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy people, I did not pay attention that my passport was expired and I came to this place to see if I could get a new one or something that would allow me to get on my flight. They demand me to go take out identifications to get one as if its my first because I didn't get my passport in Mexico. When I don't have no documents of mine here.
