Cuatro veces fui a la SRE oficina de enlace Saltillo y me devolvían la carta pediátrica de mi hijo por una cosa u otra y mejor decidí no hacer el trámite ahí. Fui a la oficina central de Paseo Tec en Mty y presenté la misma carta que en SRE oficina de enlace Saltillo y me la aceptaron a la primera vez. Nada recomendable, aparte de que se tardan una semana en entregar el pasaporte y en Monterrey al siguiente día hábil aún en pandemia.
