My process was to renew my passport due to expiration, I had all the required documents in order and they could not issue my passport. There is no doubt that we have more support abroad. I process my old passport at the Mexican consulate in El Paso, TX in an easy and fast way. Countrymen, I invite you to carry out this type of procedure at Mexican consulates in the United States.

I am impressed with the rubbish of service they have, it is not possible to be dialing more than 2 hours and that all the lines are busy, that the website to generate appointments does not work, I hate you Mexico :c

Personally, they were very kind and understanding from the guard at the door, to inside, in the booths, each of the people who attended me... even when I explained my circumstances, they attended me with more than 2 hours of advance, so I could return home on time...??

In Chihuahua there are two modules, the one in San Felipe and the one in Soriana Mirador, which is where rent collection is located (BUT IN THE LAST ONE YOU HAVE TO PAY 140 EXTRA FOR BEING A LIAISON OFFICE) This does not appear in online appointments but if you call the number 800 (without 01) you can schedule an appointment in this. If they answer but you spend about 10 minutes on the waiting line, maybe more. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE THE PHOTOS, they already take them there or at least it was my case and of those who were there with me today, copy of INE, copy of birth and my report of loss of prosecution, as well as proof of payment of rights , is the only thing they took from what I wear.
